At SNP Secondary School, learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door. Our extracurricular activities give students the chance to explore their interests, develop new skills, and build lasting friendships. From clubs and sports to leadership opportunities and cultural events, there’s something for everyone to get involved in and feel part of the school community.
SNP Secondary School’s competitive sports teams are a great way for students to challenge themselves, develop athletic and interpersonal skills and represent our school.
As part of the Athletic Association of Brant, Haldimand & Norfolk Counties (ABHN), our teams compete and strive for excellence on and off the track, field and courts. Whether you’re trying a sport for the first time or looking to develop your skills, SNP sports teams are a great place to belong and grow.
At SNP Secondary School, we are proud to honour the rich traditions and living cultures of the Hodinohso:ni people and Indigenous communities across Turtle Island. Our cultural events include socials, seasonal celebrations, storytelling, song, dance, and craft that reflect Indigenous worldviews and values.
These events offer students meaningful ways to connect with their identity, learn from Knowledge Keepers, and foster a deeper understanding of Indigenous ways of knowing and being.
At SNP Secondary School, our e-sports program brings together students who are passionate about video gaming and teamwork.
Whether you’re a casual player or a competitive gamer, eSports offers a fun and inclusive space to develop strategic thinking, communication skills, and school spirit. Join our team to compete in popular games, connect with friends, and represent SNPSS in the growing world of competitive gaming.
SNP Secondary School’s sports intramurals are a great way to stay ative, meet new friends and show off/develop your skills. We offer a variety of sports and activities throught the year, open to students of all skill levels.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking to try something new, intramurals are a fantastic opportunity to build teamwork, foster sportsmanship, and most importantly, have fun!
