At SNP Secondary School, our programs are rooted in Indigenous ways of knowing, with a strong focus on land-based learning, community connection, and hands-on, real-world experiences.
We offer a unique approach to education that honours culture, identity, and the natural world while supporting academic growth and personal development. From experiential learning on the land to projects that connect students with local partners and post-secondary opportunities, our programming is designed to inspire meaningful learning and prepare students for life beyond the classroom.

Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP)
Incredible opportunities through read-world experiences
Through the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), senior students at SNP Secondary School can begin their journey into the skilled trades while still in high school. By combining co-op placements with apprenticeship opportunities, students gain hands-on experience, earn credits, and take meaningful steps toward a future career in the trades.
